Not all recovery centers are the same. What separates most is usually the approach, which determines the list of treatments available. In our recovery center, we prefer to focus on autonomy and empowerment. We believe that those in need of treatment can return to their former selves through the right guidance and treatment programs.

Our locations throughout Los Angeles provide detox, inpatient, day treatment, outpatient and sober living, making us one of the most comprehensive recovery centers this side of the country. These facilities are staffed by experts who will match each patient with the ideal treatment to offer him or her the best chance at a complete recovery.

A certified substance use professional evaluates a patient to determine the proper level of care at the start of the program. From the findings, an individualized recovery plan is then drawn up.

Holistic treatment

Holistic treatments differ because they are meant to treat the person as a whole instead of the symptom of addiction. There is no one treatment for all patients; each individual should be given a personalized program according to his or her needs.

Some of the modalities used in holistic healing are listed below:

  • CBT
  • Mindfulness Based Therapy
  • CBT
  • Art Therapy
  • Experiential Therapy

Inpatient treatment

Often, those struggling with substance abuse are advised to stay away from home to separate them from their habits. This is called in-patient treatment and it involves staying at a rehabilitation treatment center for an extensive period, depending on the severity of the addiction. This is a higher level of care that requires the supervision of a qualified team of experts.

Often, detoxification is involved in these treatments, a process that needs the supervision of trained professionals. After this process, patients are allowed to participate in groups and therapy sessions to begin their recovery.

Outpatient treatment

Outpatient treatments are ideal for adults who work or go to school daily. This treatment does not require a permanent residence in a facility, so patients can continue with their daily routine. This treatment cab only be recommended by a licensed professional after a thorough substance use evaluation.

Dual diagnosis treatment

This treatment is used for substance abuse disorders with a co-occurring issue, such as depression, anxiety, or ADHD. It is a complex treatment because both addiction and the mental disorder are being treated at the same time. By treating both disorders, however, the root cause of the addiction can be rooted out resulting in more lasting recovery.

Aftercare program

Aftercare is essential in relapse prevention and complete recovery. Upon leaving an intensive treatment program, it is important to enrol the patient in an aftercare program where he or she can find additional support. These programs often involve therapy and counselling sessions that help build self-esteem and self-worth. Some include activities like yoga, meditation, and other alternative methods.

One major component of aftercare is sober living assistance. Patients leaving treatment can take advantage of sober living benefits that include educational assistance, emotional support, mental health therapy, and counselling.

With aftercare, the achievements garnered during treatment have a higher chance of staying with the individual.
